We currently ship:

  • Within Türkiye

  • International shipping may be available depending on the destination (if applicable)

Shipping availability is displayed during checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

In case of delays, customers will be informed.

    • Do not accept the package if severely damaged

  • The Seller is responsible for the product until delivery to the Buyer or designated recipient

  • Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery


10. Force Majeure

11. Undeliverable Orders
