This Preliminary Information Form provides mandatory information to the Buyer prior to the establishment of the distance sales contract, in accordance with:

  • Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502

  • Regulation on Distance Contracts


3. Product / Service Information

The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about:

  • Product name, type, quantity

  • Sales price (including VAT)

  • Payment method

  • Delivery details

All such information is provided on the product page and order summary screen.


4. Total Price

The total price, including all taxes, fees, and delivery charges, is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

No additional costs will be charged unless explicitly stated.


5. Payment Method

Payment can be made through the methods available on the website, including:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Other electronic payment systems (if applicable)


6. Delivery Information

  • Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days, unless otherwise stated

  • Delivery costs (if any) are shown before order confirmation

In case of delivery impossibility:

  • The Buyer will be informed

  • The total amount will be refunded within 14 days


7. Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

8. Conditions of Withdrawal

  • The product must be unused

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Invoice must be included

The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from improper use.


9. Products Excluded from Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened cosmetic and personal care products

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Perishable goods


10. Return Procedure

  • The Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days

  • The product must be returned within 10 days after notification

11. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective or incorrect product → Seller pays

  • If withdrawal without defect → Buyer pays


12. Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method


13. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

The Buyer may submit complaints via:
