2. Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)
In accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without penalty.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

The product must be undamaged and resalable

The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
⚠️ The consumer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to examine the product.
4. Non-Returnable Products (Legal Exceptions)
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Opened cosmetic and personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)

Products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery

Custom-made or personalized products

Perishable goods

Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

If the return is based on the right of withdrawal (no fault), the return shipping cost belongs to the customer, unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.

You must inspect your order upon delivery.
